Low-Power, High-Precision Signal Distortion Measurement System Based on MSPM0G3507

This paper presents a low-power, high-precision signal distortion measurement system based on the MSPM0G3507 microcontroller. The system addresses the issues of high power consumption and limited integration found in traditional signal distortion measurement instruments. By utilizing amplification circuits, on-board ADC sampling, and digital signal processing, the system accurately measures the total harmonic distortion of the input signal by analyzing the fundamental frequency and harmonic components using fast Fourier transform. With a relative error of less than 3% for signals in the 30mV to 600mV range and distortion levels between 5% and 50%, and an operating current of less than 200μA, the system offers a compact, energy-efficient solution for signal processing, communications, and audio analysis applications. The design is highly integrated and precise, with potential for a wide range of applications in low-power environments.
