Research on S-band Receiver Design for Wireless Data Link Applications

The S-band receiver plays an important role in radio data link systems. In this paper, a S-band receiver is designed according to the requirements of wireless data reception link. The receiving front end uses a bandpass filtering scheme, and the intermediate frequency after downconversion uses a low-pass filtering scheme. Through the design and link optimization simulation of the receiver, the test results show that the working frequency is (2.7~3.2) GHz, the gain is better than 30dB, the noise figure is less than or equal to 2.23dB, the output power at 1dB is better than 20dBm, and the test results are very consistent with the simulation.
