Optimal design of electronic controller easy assembly based on digital twin drive

order to improve the assembly efficiency and accuracy, and reduce the operating cost of the machine, this paper establishes a digital twin platform through Unity3D to facilitate the simulation of the assembly process. Finally, through the Matlab software that can be called Unity3D, an easy-to-assemble optimization model with the assembly cost of the electronic controller as the objective function is established, the fuzzy assignment and constraints are defined according to the actual assembly conditions, and the optimization algorithm design is carried out by using the function to obtain the fuzzy value of the assembly cost. In this way, it can provide assembly process planning guidance for the real-world electronic controller assembly process.
