Simulation Analysis of Seismic Performance of .220kV Explosion-Proof Inverted Oil-Immersed Current Transformer

In this paper, the 220kV explosion-proof inverted oil-immersed current transformer is taken as the seismic performance analysis object, the seismic environmental factors are used as the external applied load, the vibration characteristics of the current transformer are obtained through the modal analysis theory, and the seismic response spectrum theory is used to analyze the ground motion response of the current transformer structure under seismic load. According to the “Seismic Requirements for High-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment” (GB/T13540-2009), the RRS standard spectrum with a damping ratio of 2% at the AG5 seismic level is used as the input seismic load. The seismic characteristics of the current transformer are calculated, and the maximum stress and displacement of the equipment are obtained. Finally, the rationality of the calculation results is verified by the test of key components. The results show that the seismic performance of the 220kV explosion-proof inverted oil-immersed current transformer in this structure meets the engineering safety requirements.
