Architecture and Data Acquisition Technology of Provincial Integrated Distribution Network Disaster Recovery System for New Power Systems

This paper explores the urgent need for a provincial-level distribution network disaster recovery system, given the operational and monitoring challenges distribution networks face due to the extensive integration of emerging entities, and the unique demands of dispatch emergency tasks. The current state of typical domestic and international distribution network backup dispatch systems is examined, leading to the proposition of a system architecture for an integrated provincial-level distribution network disaster recovery system. The paper also suggests key technologies for effectively acquiring substantial data from these emerging entities. It concludes by envisaging future applications of the disaster recovery system.
