Research on fuze wiring setup technology based on double LCC compensation

A magnetically coupled resonant wire-free installation system is designed. Aiming at the problem that the temperature of the barrel and primary coil increases due to the metal material barrel and gun firing, and the transmission efficiency of low-order S-S topology compensation is low, an asymmetric dual LCC topology compensation structure is designed and the system model is established. The finite element software and circuit simulation software were used to simulate the system in the free space and in the metal gun bore at different temperatures, and the transmission characteristics were changed by studying the transmission efficiency and other parameters of the system. The results show that the transmission efficiency of the system is affected by the change of metal conductivity and permeability due to the change of temperature. Under the same conditions, the transmission efficiency of the system with asymmetric double LCC compensation is much higher than that with S-S compensation.
