Wheel-Parker: Real-Time Parking Space Allocation and Management

Parking has become a significant challenge in urban areas due to the increasing number of vehicles and limited spaces. Drivers often waste time and money searching for parking, which leads to traffic congestion. To address this, a prototype utilizing IoT, RFID, and IR sensors was developed. RFID captures vehicle details, IR sensors detect vehicle presence, and IoT enables remote access to parking data. The system provides real-time availability, supports advance booking, and includes theft detection. It enhances flexibility and security, making it ideal for large venues like airports and multiplexes, with minimal human intervention.
