Research On Automatic Unattended Bill Collection, Paste and Verification Integrated Robot Equipment and Control Platform Based On Deep Convolutional Neural Network

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, error-prone and waste of human resources in the existing supplier service hall, a new automatic unattended bill collection and inspection solution based on deep convolutional neural network is designed. The technology makes full use of machine vision and image processing, AI accurate positioning correction algorithm, and constructs a fully automatic unattended bill collection and inspection platform. Through the technical means of high-speed identification of invoice information, planning and controlling the path of mechanical arm through 3D vision guidance, detecting invoice adhesion and heavy sheets based on ultrasonic sensors, and tidal temporary storage of large quantities of paper invoices, the automatic high-speed identification and inspection of bills in the supplier service hall are realized, and the efficiency and accuracy of bill processing in the supplier hall are improved. Experiments show that the method of this study has strong recognition accuracy and order correlation ability, and high efficiency of pasting and filing.
