Design of Intelligent Testing System for Power Terminal Circuit Board Based on FPGA

The traditional circuit board test method has some problems such as low efficiency, complex operation, high cost and easy to leak key technical data. Therefore, this paper designs an intelligent circuit board test system based on FPGA. By analyzing the requirements of the circuit board test system, the paper puts forward the overall architecture of the system. In terms of hardware design, through in-depth research on the design of data acquisition module and network security board, the performance and function of the hardware system can be significantly improved and the security of the system can be enhanced. In terms of system software design, MCU is responsible for collecting electrical parameters and communicating with the host computer, while FPGA processes network data communication and is equipped with the host computer software, which is convenient to display parameters and issue commands, and improve operation convenience. Finally, the performance of FPGA-based circuit board intelligent testing system is verified by experiments. The experiments show that the system can realize efficient and accurate testing of circuit board, and provide reliable data support for the quality evaluation of circuit board.
