Integrating Industry 4.0 into Moroccan Supply Chain Management: Technologies, Transformations, and Trends

In the face of increasing global competition and rapid technological advancements, Industry 4.0 technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics are redefining supply chain management (SCM). This paper examines the integration of these technologies into Moroccan SCM, highlighting their transformative impacts on efficiency, sustainability, and resilience. Through an empirical analysis and case studies in Moroccan industries, particularly automotive and aerospace, this study underscores the unique challenges and opportunities of adopting Industry 4.0 in emerging markets. The findings reveal that strategic planning and investments are crucial to leveraging these technologies fully, positioning Moroccan industries on a path towards global competitiveness. Future research directions and practical recommendations are also provided to support further advancements in this domain.
