Design of a Stable and Adjustable Ring Oscillator

This paper uses the dongbu $0.18 \mu \text{~m}$ process to design a stable ring oscillator that can change the oscillator period through adjustment. The oscillator is powered by an internal power supply, which effectively reduces the impact of external environment such as temperature on the oscillator period. In addition, due to the use of low-voltage devices, the power consumption of the circuit is low. It has been successfully applied to a reset watchdog circuit. Finally, the design is verified by simulation after $0.18 \mu \text{~m}$ CMOS process.
