Research on the Cultural and Creative Design of Jingchu and Han Embroidery Based on Neural Style Transfer

As a national intangible cultural heritage, Jingchu Han embroidery has survived thousands of years. It has survived to the present day thanks to its long history, exquisite craftsmanship, and profound cultural and artistic value. The Chinese national spirit and material symbols contained therein have influenced people's ideological consciousness, artistic aesthetic value, and many other subtle aspects. This paper aims to use the neural style transfer algorithm and the VGG19 convolutional neural network to use Han embroidery patterns as content patterns, extract and collect features of artistic paintings, broaden the scope of style transfer applications, increase the adaptability of Han embroidery patterns to cultural and creative designs, and make them more in line with contemporary aesthetics while reducing labor costs. The results show that the use of algorithms to generate cultural and creative products in combination with deep learning technology has practical value. It enhances the cultural and economic value of Jingchu Han embroidery, enables contemporary design to transcend the boundaries of traditional culture, and opens up new possibilities for its development while inheriting and protecting cultural heritage.
