A High Gain Two stage Telescopic OTA Operating at 1.5V Power Supply in 180nm CMOS Technology

In Analog and Mixed-signal circuits, operational transconductance amplifiers (OTA) are crucial parts. Due to its high gain and speed, the telescopic OTA is preferred. This work aims to enhance the gain and power efficiency of Telescopic amplifiers. This paper explores design techniques to increase the OTA gain while maintaining decent power consumption by using the Cadence Virtuoso EDA tool. This paper has proposed a design to increase the open loop gain and ensure stability under a wide range of operating conditions. The proposed OTA has achieved an open loop gain of 120 dB, UGB frequency of $372.45 \mathrm{MHz}, 147.65^{\circ}$ Phase Margin and a Slew rate of $0.1 \mathrm{~V} / \mu \mathrm{s}$. The OTA consumes an overall power of $102 \mu \mathrm{~W}$ from a 1.5 V power supply.
