In the labor landscape of 2024, today's workers encounter issues such as delayed payments, difficulty finding nearby job opportunities, limited access to insurance, and in-adequate knowledge of labor laws and schemes. In response, our innovative web platform is designed to provide comprehensive solutions. The platform allows laborers to easily locate nearby job opportunities by specifying their work preferences and their pincode. Each laborer will receive a unique identification number during registration. It is accessible in multiple regional languages to accommodate a diverse user base. Additionally, the website introduces a labor agency feature, empowering group supervisors to efficiently allocate tasks, manage payments from employers, and equitably distribute earnings to workers. A robust two-way authentication system ensures payment transparency and eliminates disputes. Payments are made in cash, with a secure OTP verification process to safeguard transactions. Daily attendance records are managed through UIN codes. The platform also offers access to labor insurance options, purchasable by employers or workers based on their needs. This system can be implemented using React JS for the frontend and MongoDB as the database. This marks a pivotal step in India's labor sector digital transformation, promising enhanced worker welfare and a more efficient labor ecosystem.
