Optimization of Energy Efficiency in Low Voltage Networks Considering Variable Volatility

Under the strong volatility of distributed generation (DG), load and other variables in the low voltage networks, the traditional distribution network operation energy efficiency evaluation index selection is improper, the processing ability of index deterioration is insufficient, and the energy efficiency short board cannot be identified. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a method to evaluate the energy efficiency of low voltage networks operation considering the fluctuation of variables in the low voltage networks. First, the state simulation and variable calculation of the volatility of the renewable energy output in the low voltage networks are carried out, and the influence factors of the energy efficiency of the low voltage networks are analyzed from the three aspects of economy, environment and coordination. The pressure-state-response (PSR) framework is used to construct an energy efficiency index system for low voltage networks operation based on the consideration of the volatility of the variables of the low voltage networks. Then, given the strong correlation and discreteness among the pressure, state and response subsystem indexes, the G1-improved entropy weight-minimum discriminant information principle is used to solve the comprehensive weight, which helps improving the accuracy by 55.89%. Finally, the analysis shows that the proposed method can effectively track the volatility of low voltage networks variables, reflect the deterioration degree of indexes, identify energy efficiency shortcomings, and put forward corresponding suggestions for loss reduction planning.
