The Role of Business Intelligence in Transforming HR Practices: A Focus on Employee Retention and Performance Management

Business intelligence (BI) has emerged as a powerful tool for transforming human resource (HR) practices, particularly in employee performance management. This study aims to investigate the relationship between BI-driven HR practices, employee retention, and organizational performance, and to develop a framework for the effective integration of BI into HR processes. Through a combination of literature review, case studies, surveys, and interviews, this study assessed the effectiveness of BI-driven HR practices and developed a framework for integrating BI into HR processes. This study seeks to provide valuable insights for HR professionals looking to leverage BI to improve their practices and contribute more effectively to organizational success. The findings of this study are expected to have significant implications for the future of HR, as organizations increasingly recognize the strategic importance of data-driven decision-making in managing their workforce.
