A Proposed Method Determination of the Total Signal to Noise Ratio for Free-Space Optical Communication Using UAV Relaying

The free-space optical (FSO) is the solution chosen for the application in the 6G mobile network. In FSO transmission from station A to station B using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) relaying, due to the received signal source and noise source at the relay station being amplified and sent to station B, affecting the total signal to noise ratio (SNR) at station B, therefore, we propose a model to determine the formula to calculate the total SNR by inverting the formula, and establish a model to simulate the FSO link using forward amplifier UAV to apply to the problem of designing FSO transmission in practice.
