Research on the Application of Intelligent Control System of Distillation Column in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine Production

This paper focuses on the problems existing in the distillation column in the recovery of ethanol from traditional Chinese medicine production, analyses the factors that affect its long operation cycle and low concentration of ethanol recovery. In order to reduce the unit consumption and cost of raw materials, this paper discusses the use of digital twin technology and algorithm to achieve PID automatic regulation in the recovery process and build an intelligent control system for the distillation column in the production of traditional Chinese medicine. It mainly includes 1) hierarchical management in the central control system to achieve automatic control and management; 2) Digitizing the distillation column recovery process with the help of digital twin technology to reduce trial and error costs;3) Improve the incremental PID control algorithm and association rule FP-Growth algorithm, shorten the time of historical data analysis, and increase the speed and efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturers; 4) WINCC is used to draw the distillation tower equipment process flow at the terminal, which is convenient for the operator to centrally monitor the concentration of recovered materials, the pressure of the steam system pipeline, the content of sewage, etc.
