ConRateMiner: Integrating Consulting Services Purchase with Celonis EMS

The ConRateMiner, an innovative application seamlessly integrating consulting services assessment with process mining approach in Celonis EMS (Execution Management system) is being introduced. Developed to enhance decision-making, optimize costs, and improve process performance, ConRateMiner positions itself as a valuable asset in the Celonis Marketplace. Recognizing the limitations of traditional approaches, the proposed work unfolds the potential of Celonis EMS to uncover inefficiencies and untapped potential within operations. The validation phase ensures ConRateMiner meets requirements, offering an objective evaluation system that classifies consultants based on daily rates and promotes transparent decision-making.
