Design and analysis of a multifunctional integrated agricultural robot

A multifunctional integrated agricultural robot with collecting, seeding, fertilizing, and watering functions was studied. Aiming at the shortage of small agricultural robots in China, the robot designed in this paper has the characteristics of small size, modularization, etc., and can adapt to complex terrain such as mountains and hills. A crank-rocker seeding device was designed to meet the function of uniform seeding, and its dynamic characteristics were analyzed using Ansys Workbench to verify the reasonableness and economy of the design, and a modal analysis of the plow in the cultivation device verified the reliability of the plow during operation. The experiment proves that the agricultural robot has practical promotion value.
