Design of Electric Control Performance Test System for Electronic Parking Brake Caliper

This paper introduces the electric control performance test system of electronic parking brake caliper based on Freescale mc9s12xs128mal. In this paper, the realization methods of the test of the electric parking brake caliper are described in detail, including no hydraulic clamping and releasing function, hydraulic clamping and releasing function, motor overload and motor under current. This test system is completely different from the test methods specified in the existing group standards of the automobile industry, and has certain innovation. The practical results show that the operation is stable and reliable, the input current and hydraulic control are accurate, and the data collection of caliper clamping force, hydraulic pressure and current is real-time, which can meet the requirements of the electric control performance test of the electronic parking brake caliper of the main engine factory of passenger car.
