IM System - A Mobile Application for Dormitory Management in Academic Institutes

In response to the evolving needs of academic institute dormitories, our project introduces the "Integrated Monitoring System". This comprehensive solution is designed to enhance the quality of resident life, reduce wastage and streamline administration processes. This system includes three main interfaces: a way for requesting holidays in advance, a way to report room maintenance issues and a platform for providing feedback on food services. These interfaces empower students to digitally submit holiday requests, report room maintenance issues and provide real-time feedback on food services, all accessible through a user-friendly mobile application. To ensure safety and accountability, our system incorporates robust security measures with a dedicated overseeing and approving login requests. An admin would be monitoring the complete application and take necessary actions. Our goal is to improve the overall academic experience, create a more comfortable living environment and simplify the management of dormitories using technology.
