Secure User Authentication and Data Sharing for Mobile Cloud Computing Using BLAKE2 and Diffie-Hellman Key Exchange

Security is a big issue in mobile cloud computing, since much important data have to be stored on the device and transferred between open networks. Mobile devices are too resource constrained for traditional solutions, or they do not offer enough security. This research was carried out to fill the gaps of those methods, by using Diffie-Hellman Key Protocol for encrypting data and BLAKE2 hashing technique which strengthens authenticate respectively where in this regards a new model has been presented that ensures safe mobile cloud computing system. One suggested way is to use BLAKE2 hashing for authenticating the user in a fast, secure and uniform manner (client side) alongside registration & public-private key generation using Diffie-Hellman. Efficiency is determined by performance metrics, for instance how fast a particular function such as the encryption and decryption of data can execute. The system has a reduced level of security (98.1%) but encryption and decryption time is dramatically low: 1140 ms, 1265 ms consecutively which are noting an improvement in comparison to base case without delta compression. When compared to regular methods, both its performance and security increases. To ensure the efficiency, performance and safety of data sharing for mobile cloud security BLAKE2 hashing by Diffie-Hellman key exchange leads to strong security, low resource consumption speed processing.
