Adaptive Air Brake System for Speed Control in Commercial Vehicles

The urgent problem of brake failure in air brake systems, which poses serious hazards to road safety, is addressed by the" Automation Air Brake System to Control the Speed Limit of Trucks and Buses". This project intends to reduce accidents caused by low air pressure in brake systems by introducing automated alarms and speed limit restrictions. The system uses Arduino boards and sensor technology to track air pressure levels and modify engine speed to avoid brake failure situations. The design, methodology, implementation specifics, and thorough testing and validation protocols of the system are covered in depth in this document. The system’s ability to warn drivers and automatically regulate engine speed to guarantee the safe operation of trucks and buses is demonstrated by the results. The suggested fix provides a workable way to improve car safety and lower the risk of brake-related collisions while driving.
