Biometric Authentication for Accident Victims Using IoT

In order to overcome the delays and mistakes in conventional identification techniques, this project introduces an Internet of Things-enabled biometric authentication system that is intended to precisely and effectively identify accident victims. The technology may identify victims even if they are asleep or do not have identification documents by using biometric markers such as fingerprints, facial recognition, or iris scans. Data collected at the scene of an accident by biometric sensors mounted in ambulances and emergency response units is securely sent over the Internet of Things to a cloud database for prompt validation against national health or identification records. In addition to verifying victims' identities, the system monitors their location and vital health indicators (such as blood pressure and heart rate) in real time, transmitting this vital data to local hospitals for quicker, more individualized medical responses. All transferred data is encrypted in accordance with privacy standards to guarantee security.
