Development of a Deep Learning System for the Prediction of the Reliability of Medicine Boxes in an Industry 4.0 Production line: A Framework for Enhancing Customer Satisfaction

Industry 4.0 integrates digital technologies to revolutionize manufacturing, where the reliability of medicine boxes is critical for ensuring product quality and customer safety. This study proposes a deep learning-based quality control system using transfer learning with the VGG16 architecture to assess the reliability of medicine boxes. By classifying boxes as "Good" or "Bad", the proposed model demonstrates high predictive accuracy and minimal loss, showing a strong penitential for real-world application. Key metrics, such as accuracy and F1 score, confirm the robustness of this approach. This system promises to enhance production efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction, underscoring the role of AI in modern manufacturing.
