The Sensorless Control of Integrated Motor Drive System

Aiming at the problems of space design and speed sensor installation limitation of the integrated motor drive system, this paper proposes a model predictive control strategy for induction motors based on sensorless induction motors. By designing a sliding mode observer with exponential convergence law of variable coefficient function, accurate estimation of the magnetic chain and rotational speed in the integrated control system is realized, and the jitter problem existing in the sliding mode control can be weakened, while ensuring that the observer has good dynamic performance. Secondly, the sliding mode observer is combined with model predictive control to realize effective tracking control of the integrated system by using the simple and clear concept of predictive control and the good multivariate processing capability. Finally, the feasibility of the control method is confirmed by simulation, and the experiment verifies that the control method in this paper has high control accuracy and practical significance for the integrated induction motor drive system.
