Research on Intelligent Inspection Technology Based on Augmented Reality

In order to solve the problems of low inspection efficiency, low inspection accuracy and long inspection training time in the power industry, an intelligent inspection technology method based on augmented reality was proposed, and a set of inspection management system based on augmented reality technology was developed for the computer room of a power grid unit. Firstly, the equipment models in all computer rooms were collected, and the corresponding virtual models were established. Then, a set of background management system is established to correspond all computer room models and their equipment attributes one by one; Secondly, using augmented reality technology and augmented reality equipment, a set of computer room inspection system was developed, and the virtual model to be inspected was displayed in the augmented reality equipment to help the inspectors quickly inspect. Finally, the background management system and the computer room inspection system are applied to the actual computer room inspection process, and the practice proves that the intelligent inspection technology based on augmented reality is effective and feasible to improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy.
