Design of Contactor Intelligent Control Module with DAC Output Function

The DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) function is designed in combination with the intelligent control of the contactor, so that the contactor system interacts and controls with the external world. This paper analyzes the working principle of DAC and the principle of current closed-loop control. Then, a co-simulation system covering the drive circuit, the mathematical model of the contactor body and the closed-loop control algorithm is established. At the same time, the contactor hardware control system is built to verify the reliability and accuracy of the DAC output function, which lays a foundation for further research on the intelligent control of the contactor.
