Exhaust Hybrid After Treatment System in Vehicles Using IT Applications

With the Advancement in engine technologies, today modern cars emit less harmful gases. Due to incomplete combustion inside the IC engine, the formation of harmful products such as Carbon Monoxide harmful gases(CO), content Hydrocarbons (HC) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) including soot and particulate matter causes air pollution that has a negative impact on the atmosphere and leads to increase the air pollution in metropolitan cities. This is deleterious to both human wellness and living beings. An overview of the Hybrid Treatment System is provided in this document. ATS is to reduce the emission norms values of NOx and Carbon using a hybrid system. Along with its various, subsystem as the diesel filters such as DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) as first one followed byDPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) with urea dosing and their working principle system in order to control these harmful emissions. The paper explores different emission control standards and theirrespective limits. Additionally, it focuses on the application of hybrid electronics in the advanced aftertreatment system (ATS) to enhance performance and durability while reducing fuel consumption and NOx emissions. All these gas emissions are detected using Various sensors and controlled can be automated.
