Using Electrospark Erosion Method to Obtain Metal Nanoparticles

The peculiarity of electrospark dispersion of conductive materials in a liquid is the direct obtaining of an ultrafine state of a substance, the dimensions of which are in the nanoscale range. The implementation of the electrospark dispersion method is carried out at a technological installation, which includes: a discharge pulse generator, a discharge parameter control unit, a discharge chamber, and measuring devices. Discharge pulse generators with capacitive energy storage have shown their high efficiency in spark erosion systems to produce powders with particle sizes from 10 nm to 100 $\mu m$.
