Mobile Portable Power Plants Based on Heat Engines, Technical Condition Monitoring and Control

The paper deals with the problems of building mobile electric power plants based on internal combustion engines with high technical, economic and environmental indicators, as well as with the issues of control optimization and assessment of the technical condition of the unit engines. Optimization of control of a power plant with gas-turbine supercharging is based on the maximum principle with the use of additive quality criterion, taking into account technical, economic and ecological indicators of the unit. Technical diagnostics of the power plant is based on statistical processing of time diagrams of the instantaneous angular velocity of the engine shaft rotation using histogram analysis of experimental data.
