Deep Learning for Workforce Planning and Analytics

Workforce planning and analytics are two of the most significant goals that may be accomplished through their appropriate use. Two of the most crucial goals are to optimize organizational performance and adjust to changing market conditions. This research study aims to assess how deep learning technology can be applied to enhance workforce analytics and planning. We employ advanced neural network architectures, such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), to offer novel approaches for evaluating workforce data, predicting personnel trends, and improving decision-making processes. We propose several different forms of neural networks, some of which are exemplified by the neural networks shown above. To accomplish this investigation's goal, a comprehensive evaluation of multiple deep learning models and their ability to handle workforce datasets on a big scale is underway. This study will focus on three main areas of analysis: forecasting employee turnover, detecting skill gaps, and allocating resources as efficiently as possible. We demonstrate how deep learning algorithms may produce useful insights, guide decisions about human resource strategy, and further business goals using actual test results and case study completion. The results of our study demonstrate how deep learning has the power to completely transform traditional workforce management techniques. They also offer a framework that may be used to integrate these technologies with already-in-use analytics systems, enhancing the precision and effectiveness of labor planning.
