Automated Data Pipeline for Product Lead Time Analysis by using Alteryx Designer and Qlik Sense

This work covers the implementation of a transformative project within the Process Innovation department, focusing on the conversion of Quality data into Business data utilization. The project primarily involved the transition from manual to automated processes and the development of a dashboard to mitigate process interruptions. The report emphasizes the data preparation and visualization phases, The result of the project includes the development and implementation, resulting in a 6-hour and 30-minute reduction in data processing time, equivalent to approximately 96.40% improvement compared to the previous method. Additionally, the report addresses encountered challenges, their resolutions, and insights gained, enriching the understanding of project implementation dynamics.
