Integrated Online Scheduling System for Church Services with SMS Notification and QR Code Recognition

There are many scheduling systems developed this pandemic. The integrated online scheduling system for churches is an example of a scheduling system. This paper presents an online web-based system where it provides convenience specifically for churchgoers who have a hard time setting an appointment or go to the church due to the pandemic, developed using agile framework. This study identified all the necessary requirements, which leads to customer requirements and to further validate and implement the system application. This study, therefore, is set to examine the factors that shape the user acceptance of the said online web-based system. Such factors as functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency. A quantitative descriptive was employed to define acceptability. Results show that the online web-based system has positive impressions on the functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency.
