Research on Calibration Technology of Automatic Test System for Friction Coefficient of Road Brake

Road brake friction coefficient automatic test system is used to measure the braking force friction coefficient of road surface, so as to evaluate the anti-skid performance of road surface. According to the working principle of the brake test system, combined with the performance requirements of such equipment in various countries, the measurement performance requirements of four technical indicators, namely, the horizontal Angle of the test wheel, the error of the tire pressure indication, the error of the vertical load indication and the repeatability of the brake friction force, are put forward. According to the principle of trace-to-source transmission of one-third of the measurement value, two automatic test systems for braking friction coefficient of road surface were calibrated with ruler Angle meter, wheel weight meter and tire pressure meter, which verified the rationality and scientificity of measurement technical index requirements and calibration method. It lays a foundation for the formulation of the national calibration standard and the development of the measurement calibration work of the road brake friction coefficient automatic test system.
