Intelligent New Energy Winch Device Design and Realization Based on Internet of Things Technology

Existing motorized capstans have the problems of being large, heavy, noisy, time-consuming and labour-intensive to carry, high cost, and not conducive to field construction use. Through the optimization of structural design and materials, this paper proposes a portable intelligent electric capstan based on the Internet of Things technology. The operation status of the capstan is monitored by a variety of sensors, which can give early warnings for various dangerous situations. At the same time, the motor self-protection drive circuit is used to implement overload protection for the motor, realizing remote control of the capstan. The new electric capstan has also been greatly improved in terms of labor saving, greatly reducing the labor intensity of live-line workers, and greatly improving the efficiency and safety of liveline work.
