Optimization Method of Two-Dimensional Rectangular Glass Cutting Based on Multi-Strategy Ranking

In exploring the optimization of two-dimensional rectangular layout in the deep processing of glass, particularly when dealing with multiple sizes of raw glass sheets, a multi-strategy sorting optimization method based on acceptance probability control is proposed. This method combines various rectangular piece sorting strategies and introduces acceptance probability functions to control the selection process of rectangular pieces and raw glass sheets, aiming to maximize the optimization rate within a specified time frame. To validate the effectiveness of this method, experiments were conducted on multiple sizes of raw glass sheets, and the impact of different acceptance probability function parameters on optimization performance was analyzed. The experimental results indicate that by reasonably adjusting the parameters of the acceptance probability functions, the material utilization efficiency can be significantly improved, and the optimal filling scheme can be found among the various sizes of raw glass sheets. This study provides a reference for glass layout optimization in actual production.
