A Multi-domain Digital Twin Modeling Method for Complex Electromechanical Products

Intelligent manufacturing with core cyber-physical integration is steering the trajectory of future manufacturing evolution. Digital twin (DT) stands as a pivotal technology for realizing Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). DT technology provide a way to support the analysis of complex electromechanical products applications with considering multi-domain features. Especially for the modern electromechanical products, which often require a high-fidelity model to achieve comprehensive analysis and optimization of the system's overall performance. Therefore, this paper proposes a multi-domain DT model construction approach for complex electromechanical products. Firstly, a digital twin modeling approach based on the Modelica language is proposed and the specific process is explained. Then, a digital twin framework for complex electromechanical products is proposed. Finally, a permanent magnetic synchronous machine model is used as an example to verify the feasibility of this method.
