Improving in the Quality and Energy Efficiency in the Transportation of Hydrocarbon Materials

The creation of modern highly efficient and environmentally safe conditions for the transportation of hydrocarbon raw materials at gas production and gas processing complexes requires the development and implementation of new technologies, technical solutions and automated control systems. The process of transportation of hydrocarbon raw materials under the influence of electromagnetic fields is considered. The created automated control and monitoring system for steam and induction heating is based on Foucault eddy currents in an alternating magnetic field. A heating and fuel oil discharge control program has been developed, which is easy to use in gas processing plants, as well as in the discharge of hydrocarbon raw materials for both railway transport and tanker trucks. The proposed induction heating method allows to significantly reduce energy consumption compared to the steam method.
