A Module Layout Optimization Method of Integrated Rack Based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm

Aiming at the difficulties in module layout and liquid cooling flow distribution of integrated rack, an optimization model of module layout scheme is established, which aims to minimize the average temperature rise of all modules. Then, the optimal module layout scheme and the design parameters of the diameter of each flow channel are obtained by the proposed solving method based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by an actual case of the module layout optimization of a two-story rack in an engineering project.
