Research on Enhancing the Reliability of Priority Logic Selection Module Based on Sneak circuit Analysis

In order to further enhance the reliability of the priority logic selection module, this study utilizes sneak circuit analysis technology to analyze the module from the perspective of non-component failure, thereby increasing the dimensions and content of module reliability analysis. The analysis results serve as input for optimizing the module design and improving its reliability. The analysis results of priority logic selection module indicate that there are sneak circuit in the module. The triggering of these sneak circuit not only affects the reliability of the module itself, but also leads to faults in the nuclear safety classification DCS system or abnormalities in the dedicated drive, directly threatening the reliability of the nuclear safety classification DCS system. Therefore, eliminating the influence of sneak circuit can improve the reliability of the priority logic selection module.
