Development of Low-Frequency Standard Voltage Transformer Equipment for Field Use

Voltage transformers need to be adapted to 15-30Hz environment in flexible low-frequency transmission, and it is difficult for existing technologies to meet the accuracy requirements. Domestic and foreign low-frequency power traceability system is not perfect, affecting power transmission safety and trade settlement. It is necessary to research and develop low-frequency standard voltage transformer and calibration technology to support the construction of traceability system and ensure the stability and fairness of flexible low-frequency power transmission. In response to these problems, a low-frequency standard voltage transformer with good performance has been developed for on-site use. In order to meet the field calibration use, designed with good performance indicators of low-frequency standard voltage transformer key technical parameters and the overall structure, comprehensive comparison of a variety of materials, in the high magnetic potential, high initial permeability to seek a balance between the window size of the appropriate choice of ultra-microcrystalline iron core. In order to solve the interference problem, double shielding design was adopted in reducing the reception sensitivity of low-frequency standard voltage transformer. Finally, and completed the field calibration with low-frequency standard voltage transformer prototype development.
