Design of the Manhole Cover Replacement Device

In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and safety hazards in China's manhole cover management, this study created a novel kind of replacement equipment. To increase the speed and safety of replacing manhole covers, the gadget consists of an adaptable asphalt machine and a one-time forming manhole cover cutting machine.The cutting machine can automatically cut and replace manhole covers because it has cutting, moving, and magnetic mechanical arm functions that use machine vision to accomplish exact positioning. The adaptive asphalt machine optimizes the asphalt laying and compaction process and increases work efficiency by combining completely autonomous feeding and compaction components. This strategy addresses the growing issues of aging and labor scarcity, encourages the development of intelligent.
