Research on Key Technologies of Remote Capacity Verification System for Communication Batteries

For the application of communication power supply system, firstly, a design scheme of an autonomous and controllable remote battery capacity verification device is proposed, which has the functions of reliable starting, intelligent analysis, and business communication security encryption; Secondly, design a battery online monitoring and protection unit that integrates the measurement of battery cell characterization parameters and emergency protection for circuit breakers, while providing charging and discharging balance applications; Finally, based on the requirements of online nuclear capacity charging and discharging process, a multi-dimensional intelligent control mechanism for the health status of battery packs is established to achieve collaborative estimation of the State of Charge (SOC) and State of Health (SOH) of battery packs. Through 100 nuclear capacity tests and analysis, it was found that compared to traditional strategies, multi-dimensional intelligent control solutions can delay the decay of the available charge capacity of battery packs. The average internal resistance of battery packs only increases by 10%, and the average voltage deviation at the float charging end is reduced by 0.13V.
