Research on Fast Frequency Hopping Technology Based on Signal Processing Microsystems

In order to meet the needs of miniaturization and lightweight of communication equipment such as drones, this paper designs a high-density integrated signal processing microsystem. The microsystem is designed with ABF (Ajinomoto Build-up Film) substrate, realizing the integrated high-density integration of 8 heterogeneous chips of 5 process nodes, supporting independent RF transceiver with 4 receive and 4 transmit, and supporting independent switching of local oscillators and fast ping-pong switching on the chip. In order to improve the anti-interference ability of the communication system, this paper proposes a fast frequency hopping anti-interference scheme based on the signal processing microsystem. The simulation verification shows that the fast frequency hopping technology has better performance in the signal processing microsystem and has good Hamming auto-correlation and Hamming cross-correlation. The actual test verification shows that when the dual-channel ping-pong frequency point is switched in the signal processing microsystem, the serial instruction sending time is 17us, and the instruction execution and signal stabilization time is only 6us, which can meet the application of analog frequency hopping 4000Hops hopping speed. After adopting the fast frequency hopping anti-interference scheme, the hybrid frequency hopping application with a hopping speed of at least 10000Hops can be achieved in actual applications, which provides favorable guidance for frequency hopping communication applications.
