Automated Cleaning Systems for Glass Cups In Tea Shops

The primary objective of the automated tea glass cleaning system is to increase sanitation and efficiency in tea shops, overcoming the disadvantages of regular manual cleaning like being slow and causing cross-infection. It adopts a system that moves on a conveyor belt with an STM32 microcontroller by sensing an object with an infrared sensor and uses this to commence the two-staged cleaning process. During the first stage, after 5 seconds of pumping liquid dishwashing detergent, the next step is to pour hot water with a temperature of about 45 degrees along the glass to kill germs. Because of this automation, mere lifting and non-systematic cleaning of teapots and other serving devices is eliminated so there is less risk of contamination and economical in energy getting within the level of scalability for all tea shops. Also, the interface is designed for easy monitoring and simple operation while the system is designed to need less maintenance for greater reliability. The system performs information processing functions and judiciously targets unnecessary occupation of space with its minimal design. In conclusion, in comparison to traditional methods of removing dirt, the cleaning of glasses in this area is a more cost-effective, quicker and less risky method as it greatly increases the efficiency of internal tea shop operations and provides safety for the consumer.
