Immersive Learning: Evaluating the Effectiveness of AI Chatbots and AR in Education

This study examines the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) with artificial intelligence (AI)-driven chatbots to improve learning environments. Though AI chatbots provide receptive, personalized communication targeted to each student's needs, AR offers immersive and engaging educational possibilities by overlaying digital material in a real learning environment. This research paper addresses the expanding application of AR in AI across the field of education. A comprehensive literature review of 17 academic papers shows that the implementation of AR in AI for learning is rapidly gaining pace. The literature survey highlights a variety of innovative AR uses, which range from interactive educational environments to improved engagement as well as comprehension of complex topics. However, various limitations remain, such as issues with scalability and the difficulties involved in creating advanced AR visualizations. Overcoming these limitations is vital for the future growth and broad adoption of AR in learning AI systems. This paper intends to present a detailed summary of existing advancements, analyze remaining barriers, and advance possible solutions to pave the way for these challenges for more successful and widespread AR utilization in education.
