High Temperature and High Pressure Direct Push Storage Logging System Applications and Improvements

With the increasing demand for developing complex oil and gas reservoirs such as shale gas and ultra-deep offshore wells, traditional logging technology is facing challenges such as high temperature and ultra-long well sections. This paper discusses the high-temperature and high-pressure direct-push storage logging system, which significantly improves the instrument's temperature, pressure, and mechanical strength through modularisation and integration design, and realizes real-time storage and efficient transmission of logging data Under the direct push mode, the operation process is simplified, the risk is reduced, the success rate and data quality are improved, and it is suitable for large inclined wells and horizontal wells. In response to problems in practical application, such as insufficient temperature resistance and low mechanical strength, improvement measures have been taken to upgrade the outer diameter of the instrument, design a new structure, and select high-temperature and durable devices, which have significantly enhanced the performance of the instrument. Meanwhile, the software function is upgraded to ensure the efficient matching of logging data and time-depth data. The technology has been applied in Qinghai, Tianjin, and other blocks with good results, achieving large-scale application. In the future, it will continue to improve the shortcomings of the technology, promote its wide application and sustainable development in the exploration of complex oil and gas reservoirs, and provide solid technical support for the industry.
