Design and Manufacture of Digital Energy Meter Based on STM3

The components of the digital energy meter system include the relay part, LCD display module circuit,current and voltage AC testing module circuit, and STM32 core circuit board.The principle of electromagnetic induction is adopted to convert 220V AC into low-voltage AC, which is then rectified by diodes, stabilized by capacitors, and filtered.The STM32 chip obtains digital signals through analog-to-digital conversion.The actual voltage and current can be calculated, and the power and degree can be calculated from the actual voltage ammeter.Use current transformer TA1005M to detect the AC current value,and then use voltage transformer TV1005M to measure the AC voltage value.The detected data is analyzed using processor STM32.Connect the LCD1602 display module with the STM32 chip,and then use the LCD1602 to display real-time power, AC current and AC voltage. When the test power does not exceed 500W,the relay can be manually controlled to switch on and off;when the test power exceeds 500W,the relay will automatically disconnect.
